Q: How do I schedule a transaction?
A: Click on “Move Money” tab, click “New Transaction”, chose the account to move money from and chose the recipient account. Fill out the information. To schedule a reoccurring transaction, indicate in the “How often should it occur?” box the time you wish (i.e monthly, weekly)
Q: How do I attach a photo to my transaction?
A: Go to “View Account” click on the account you wish to view. Click on the transaction you wish to add a picture of a receipt or other important document. Click “Attach Image” and chose the photo you wish to upload.
Q: Where can I access my statements?
A: Account Statements is located under the “View Accounts” tab. Click on the account you wish to view. Under “Account Services” in the right-hand bottom corner there will be a tab that says “Statements”.
Q: Where is Bill Pay?
A: Bill Pay is located under the “View Accounts” tab. Click on the account you wish to view. Under Account Services in the right-hand bottom corner if you are enrolled in Bill Pay there will be a tab that says “Bill Pay” under “Statements” tab.
Q: How do I enroll in Bill Pay?
A: To enroll in Bill Pay click on the “View Account” tab, click enroll in Bill Pay, fill out the information and submit.
Q: How do I view my account balance?
A: Go to “View Account” click on the account you wish to view, At the top under your account name/number is your “Available Balance”, Also, on the right-hand side is information concerning your account and where you can view your account balance.
Q: How can I change the order/name/hide my accounts?
A: Click on your name located in the top left corner. Click “Preferences” tab. Here you can rename, reorder, and hide accounts.
Q: How can I view/edit my online banking profile?
A: Click on your name located in the top left corner. This will bring you to your online banking profile where you can edit your information.
